This incredible mid century modern style home is filled with amenities and located in a wonderful neighborhood just a few minutes walk to Autzen stadium. With the Willamette River just to the south, there are paths and footbridges that are amazing for runs and walks through Day Island and Alton Baker park on the way to campus.
The home provides a spacious open floor plan with a family and living room area each with large flat screen TV’s. All of the TV’s provide Roku streaming options for your personal streaming enjoyment. In the garage there is some additional seating and a ping pong table for your group to enjoy during your stay. The wireless Sonos speakers are great for your music wherever and whenever you want it.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
