Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- **For the downstairs unit: When you flush the toilet, there will be a loud sound. Don't be alarmed! =) It was just how it was installed. **
- Trash Day
- Trash day is Friday. If you are you staying over night on Thursday evening, would you be so kind to take the trash bins to the curb Thursday night or early Friday morning?
- If this is not possible, please let us know and we will send someone to assist.
- Pets
- We allow dogs only for a per pet fee of $80. Unfortunately we are highly allergic to cats. =(
- TV
- We have a smart Tv with apps like Netflix, Hulu, Youtube. You will need to sign in with your credentials.
- We do not have cable.
- Parking
- Please parking in your designated parking spot. There is only 1 spot available. You are free to park behind the gate but it is not a legal spot and you will be parking at your own risk.
- If you choose to park behind the gate, please park behind your car.
- City Regulation
- - Per Atlantic City regulations full names and DOB of all individuals who will be on premise at any time must be provided . Unfortunately you will not receive check in information until this is provided and it must be provided prior to check in day(unless it is a same day booking).
