Welcome to Atlanta! Stay in this stunning hideaway located right in the center of midtown, a few blocks from Ponce City Market and the Atlanta Beltline. Filled with natural light and modern decor, it’s walkable to the very best landmarks, restaurants, and night spots the city has to offer. Home away from home! Please be advised that there is new construction directly across the street from our building, which may have work being conducted during the day that has vehicles and construction noises.
Given the coronavirus outbreak, I have a moderate cancellation policy and will make every effort to work with our guests to accommodate their needs during this challenging time. This property is professionally cleaned with disinfectant between each guest stay and complies with the cleaning standards from the CDC (Centers for Disease Control and Prevention).

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
