The cabin was named after all of the beautiful dogwood trees on the property that bloomed when the owners bought the property. So why do they describe it as secluded? There are no other cabins in view - just serene views of the mountains and trees and the sounds of nature surrounding you. There are only two homeowners on the entire road! Plus, you’ll enjoy easy access to both Blue Ridge and McCaysville. How lovely is that?

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Guests must be at least 25 years of age to make a reservation and check in.
- This Property does allow pets. Dogs Only! If you plan to bring your pet(s), please know there is a maximum of 2 dogs.
- No Smoking Allowed.
- Loud music is prohibited at all times.
- Quiet hours are enforced after 8pm.
