Guests will love the easy access (no need to rent an expensive 4x4 vehicle), the proximity to grocery stores, bars, and restaurants (5 minutes away) and the ability to enjoy some of Costa Rica’s best beaches on a moment’s notice.
This villa comfortable sleeps up to six (6) guests with a king-sized bed in the Owner’s Suite (en-suite bathroom) and two other bedrooms each with queen beds. All bedrooms have air conditioning and ceiling fans. In addition, there are ceiling fans throughout the common area ensuring constant fresh mountain air is circulated throughout the home.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
