Welcome to Uptown Bama House!
This adorable house is located just 1 mile from Bryant Denny Stadium and the rest of campus! The property has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms and can sleep up to 6 adults plus children. Right as you walk in to the home the living room is open and has ample seating for everyone in your group. Take a seat and play board games or snuggle up and watch a movie! The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, dishwater, and utensils so you can create a home cooked meal. Then, you and your group can sit around the dining room table and enjoy! There is also a coffee starter pack included in the kitchen to keep the whole group caffeinated!
The first bedroom has a King bed and attached bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second bedroom has 2 Single beds. The next bedroom has a King bed. The bathroom for these rooms are located in the hallway and has a walk-in shower. The final bedroom on the first floor has a King bed and an attached half bathroom. Upstairs there is 1 Queen bed, 1 Twin XL bed, and futon that can be turned into a single bed. The bathroom upstairs has a walk-in shower.
Out back there is a covered patio area with a grill, seating, fire pit, and cornhole. In the area there is a nice walking trail right down the road, 2 churches, a church coffee shop, and more! The Community of Forest Lake is very quaint, and full of geese and ducks.
Highchair & pack-n-play available & set up upon request, for a one time fee of $25.

*Check-in time is 4:00pm CST, unless prior written permission has been granted by management. Early check-ins are available upon request, pending availability. There’s a $50 charge per hour, plus tax/fees. Please note, we are unable to confirm an early check-in until 24-48 hours prior to arrival as the property is still open for booking.*
*Please be aware that upon booking, you will be required to sign the Bama Vacation Rentals forms and submit photo ID verification directly with our property management company. Please note, guests must be 25 years of age or older to book. Forms are sent through our texting system called AKIA. This will also be the primary platform used for communication.*
*There are exterior security cameras located at the front and back of the property. These devices may not be tampered with, covered, or unplugged by guests.*
*All reservations made within 2 weeks of date of arrival are subject to require in person Government Issued ID verification.*
*If your selected property offers the use of (trundle beds, upper bunks of bunk beds, roll-aways, futons, or flip sofas) these beds will not be made up in advance. Linens are provided and should be stored with these beds.*
*A maximum of two pets are allowed with a pet fee of $100 per pet, per stay, plus tax. If you have additional pets, you must receive permission in writing from management and pay additional pet fees.*
*For stays that are longer than 2 weeks, please be aware that you will be charged an additional cleaning fee. All properties are required to be cleaned and inspected every other week.*
