The Home
The apartment, which is located at the center of the town, is renovated on Jan. 2019 and can host up to 4 guests. ~UPDATE~ Guests suggest me to do something with the noise and I’m always pay attention to every single comment you made. So we CHANGE all the windows frames and we put NEW double glazed windows in all over the apartment! This place is totally soundproof!
Thissio is a central area in the heart of Athens. You can be in a couple of minutes under the Acropolis Hill and walk all the traditional Athens by foot.
On the living room you will find a relax sofa and a smart flat TV with Netflix. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need (Nespresso/oven/microwave/dishwasher). You will enjoy having your complimentary coffee during your stay.
The apartment is fully air conditioned while there is also a boiler to provide you with hot water for 24/7.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Crib: 20 EUR per booking. Max. quantity: 2.
