This spacious apartment of over 120 sq.m. enjoys an excellent location in Alimos, one of the most convenient and sought-after areas of the Athenian Riviera. Fully refreshed and renovated in June 2026, the property has been upgraded with brand new furniture, fresh paintwork, modern decoration and carefully selected materials, creating a stylish, bright and welcoming environment for every guest.
One of the greatest advantages of this home is its unique location. The beach is only 400 meters away and can be reached within a few minutes on foot, while Athens city center, the Acropolis and Syntagma Square are easily accessible in less than 15 minutes by public transport or taxi.
The apartment comfortably accommodates up to 6 guests and offers two spacious bedrooms along with a large double sofa bed in the living room. The generous layout, natural light and modern furnishings make it ideal for families, couples, business travelers or groups of friends.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, large refrigerator with freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster, cookware, dishes and cutlery. Complimentary coffee is provided for your stay, allowing you to start each morning in comfort.
