A dreamy stone made summerhouse with olive green woodwork, in the magnificent (and awarded) sandy bay of Ganema, in Serifos island. The house located just 150m away from the beach (about 350metres walking distance) in a complex of 4 houses built in 2010 following 100% the local architectural line.
Facing the sea it is an ideal place to stay and enjoy the magic of Greek waters, sun and meltemi wind. A big bamboo roofed balcony has all the great view, where you can dine or relax on a long chair or a swing and enjoy the sea view in the morning, the romantic sunset in the afternoon and the star bright moonlit sky at night. Accommodation: On the lower level the one one bedroom has a built double bed (140 cm), the other bedroom has wooden double bed(140cm). Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
