Only 10 minutes by car from the coast, the upper floor of the farmhouse "Son Cullera Petit" offers a magnificent view over the romantic village of Son Servera to the nearby sea. Children of all ages can romp around in the large garden, while you relax in the numerous seating and lounging areas around the house or cool off in the pool. The steps in the pool are a great place to relax. In a cosy seating area behind the domicile, you can end the day on warm summer evenings with a good glass of wine. In addition, there is a beautiful dining area on the terrace with a large wooden set, where you can enjoy culinary delights in the open air. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
