Views of the Gulf from the master bedroom, the living area and large balcony as well as Caribbean-style decor with dark hardwoods make this 1,450 square foot, two-bedroom, two-bath third-floor condominium a renter’s favorite. Fully appointed and fully upgraded kitchen with SS appliances includes microwave, dishwasher and laundry area with full-size washer and dryer. Other features include 10-foot ceilings with a generous vaulted ceiling in the living and dining room, ceiling fans, central heating and air conditioning, and a large master bath with a whirlpool tub, separate glass enclosed shower, double vanity and lots of closet space. Showers in both the Master and Guest bathroom have been fully renovated with modern multi-function fixtures and seating. Many personal touches make this unit feel like home. Extras provided for guest use include beach towels, chairs and toys as well as movies and CDs. The overall decor is warm with a casually sophisticated "West Indies" motif including old-fashioned dark wood slat blinds, crown molding in all rooms and a down-wrapped sleeper sofa in the living room. The kitchen is very well equipped and includes a heavy-duty blender and Keurig and a standard coffee brewer as well as a couch nearby. The balcony area features a high-top table for four and a lounge chair with cushions.
