This is a gorgeous 1 bed apartment in the heart of Pimlico. It is a fabulous base for exploring London from, tastefully decorated with divine antiques and fully equipped to meet your every need at the end of a long day out in the city. Fantastically located, you can be on Oxford street in under 20 minutes, and it takes just 20 minutes to walk to Buckingham Palace and Green Park.
The Space:
This is comfortable 1 bed apartment. There is a double bed in the bedroom, and plenty of space to store your clothes. The sitting room has ample seating space with a small TV and a fireplace, and the attached kitchen is fully equipped for you enjoy. There is a separate cupboard on the landing outside the flat, containing a washer and dryer that you are welcome to use (exclusively).

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
