The location is enviable: in front of the lively promenade of Bari, the beating heart of the city with its events, a 2-minute walk from the shopping streets and just 5 minutes from the historic center and the fish market. The flat is located in a historic building from the 1930s, with an internal cloister with palm trees and street lamps, for a totally exclusive stay! The 150 sqm apartment is located on the first floor of a building with an elevator (three steps to access it) and is composed as follows: - Eat-in kitchen equipped with gas stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric kettle, traditional oven, and microwave - Living room with dining area equipped with sofas and 40 "TV - Bedroom I with queen bed and wardrobe - Bedroom II with queen bed and wardrobe - Bedroom III with sofa bed that converts into 2 divisible single beds or a queen, and wardrobe - Toilet I with WC, bidet, and shower box - Toliette II with wcand bidet. Additional facilities available for the guests: UNLIMITED WIFI, independent heating, 3 Skyscraper Ice air coolers, washing machine, dryer, video intercom, drying rack, iron, and ironing board. Towels and linen are included (with additional linen optional for a fee). The apartment is at guests’ disposal! Our keyholder will get in touch with you to arrange the check-in time, give you the keys and show you the apartment. We are available to guests for any requests and information, to make your stay even more interesting and organized. For any unexpected event or clarification we will be reachable by phone or by e-mail. All identity documents of the guests must be presented on arrival as required by Italian law. E’ una città che negli anni ha reso il centro storico un luogo di aggregazione urbana per giovani e adulti, grazie alla presenza di locali alla moda e ricercati, ma non solo, in quanto offre davvero tantissime attrattive anche ai i turisti amanti della cultura. Sono molti gli eventi e le manifestazioni come la Fiera di San Nicola a maggio, e soprattutto la Fiera del Levante, campionaria internazionale, che si svolge a settembre. La Fiera ha lo scopo di favorire gli scambi tra Oriente e Occidente, di cui Bari costituisce per tradizione, il più disponibile punto d’incontro. L’appartamento è ubicato in posizione ideale per soggiornare in zona centrale: di fronte al lungomare di Bari, tra le zone più vive della città, animata da concerti live, dalla festa di San Nicola e da numerosi eventi con street food. Dista inoltre soli 5 minuti a piedi dal centro storico e dal rinomato “N’derr alla lanz”, il tempio del pesce crudo barese, e meno di 10 minuti a piedi dal Museo Teatro Margherita e dal Teatro Petruzzelli. Tutti i servizi che occorrono per un soggiorno confortevole sono raggiungibili a piedi: supermarket, bar, farmacie si trovano infatti entro 400 metri. - FROM KAROL WOYTILA INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT: it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the FR2 train to Bari Centrale station, 1 km from the flat. - FROM BARI CENTRALE STATION: the apartment is easily reachable in 13 minutes on foot (1 km). - IF YOU ARE TRAVELING BY CAR: the flat is located outside the ZTL and can be reached by car. Street parking must be paid for on blue lines. Alternatively, it is possible to park for a fee at the Silopark Sonnino, in Corso Sidney Sonnino 25/A, 150 meters from the flat.
