Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- Please take a moment to read the unit policies:
- ✅ The minimum age for booking is 25 years.
- ✅ All guests are required to pay a $1000 security/damage deposit prior to check-in. The deposit is automatically refunded within 7 days after check-out unless damage, smoking or excessive noise occurs during your stay, in which case damage deposit will not be refunded.
- ✅ Check-in is after 5PM, check-out is before 11AM.
- Late check-out may be possible but we must be notified well in advance. Your request will be reviewed and accommodated if possible.
- * NO PARTY POLICY
- The house is equipped with video surveillance to the front door ONLY and a noise detector (no cameras are inside the unit). The front door will be checked for the number of guests as well as the noise level to avoid any type of parties. We have the right to cancel your reservation immediately without any refund if the number of guests will exceed the number specified in the reservation. If you plan to invite any additional guests, please inform us in advance.
- ** NO SMOKING POLICY
- The property is equipped with a remote smoke detector to detect any sources of smoke and notify us remotely. Any type of smoking (cigarettes or marijuana) is prohibited inside the villa. If the alarm is triggered and we will discover the smell of any type of smoke, we have the right to cancel your reservation immediately and charge you:
- - 150$ service call
- - 200$ cleaning fees
