The property is located in the heart of the wonderful island of Ortigia, a few steps from the Temple of Apollo, in the heart of the historic center of Syracuse (ZTL area - Traffic Restricted Area).
The apartment has a living area with a modern kitchenette, a bedroom, a bathroom and two balconies.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

  • Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
  • For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

  • 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
  • More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

  • From 15:00 to 19:00, check-in will take place in presence.
  • After 19:00, self check-in will take place (free of charge). Further instructions will be provided a few days before your arrival. Alternatively, after 19:00 check-in in presence will also be available upon request and with a supplement to be paid in cash on arrival.
  • To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal.
  • Smoking is forbidden (our apartments are entirely smoke-free).
