The Home
Villa Manresa is located close to the Alcudia suburb of Malpas and is within easy walking distance of two beautiful cove beaches - Cala Sant Joan and Cala Sant Pere. There is a mini market and a few restaurants and bars in Malpas itself whilst the nightlife and wide array of attractions of Alcudia are just a short drive away.
The villa itself has a newly finished swimming pool to the side of the house for when even 500 metres is too far to walk to the beach, and a shaded terrace offers a cooler vantage point to the pool.
Inside, the house is comfortable, light and spacious and offers four air-conditioned bedrooms, a lounge with access to the front terrace, and a fitted kitchen.
The downstairs bedroom has a single bed with pull out bed and is more suitable for children or as a single room. Upstairs are two doubles and a twin. *New images of the gated pool are coming soon* All bedroom and bathroom linen is included....

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
