Villa Crever is a fine example of a Mallorcan stone farmhouse that has been lovingly restored and redecorated to maintain its original charm whilst adding all the modern conveniences needed for a memorable self-catering holiday.
Located off a country lane between the bustling seaside resorts of Puerto Pollensa and Alcudia it’s a handy, short drive to the many amenities and beaches of both towns.
The swimming pool is set into gardens mainly laid to lawn, with trees and bushes offering some shaded areas and there’s also a porch and barbecue terrace.
Inside, the house is decorated in traditional style with beamed ceilings and quarry tiled floors. There is a fitted kitchen and the lounge, on the first floor, enjoys views to the swimming pool and gardens below. All bedroom and bathroom linen is included. Bath towels are also provided. This property comes with Free Wi-Fi, Free Air Conditioning, Free Cots, Free Highchairs.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
