Medina is a lovely, modern, villa in the centre of the quiet little resort of Cala San Vicente and within strolling distance of two of the best and well loved beaches in Mallorca - Cala Barques and Cala Molins.
Everything you need is within reach here from the restaurants next door to the sandy beaches, bars and souvenir shops that are just down the road.
The house is built on two levels and is very well furnished throughout and every room is spacious, bright and airy. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes all modern conveniences with doors leading to the delightful, poolside terrace.
The pool is set to the front of the house and the adjacent terrace is a lovely spot to relax, especially in the evening with the soft lighting reflecting on the water. All bedroom and bathroom linen is included. Bath towels are also provided. This property comes with Free Wi-Fi, Free Air Conditioning, Free Cots, Free Highchairs.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
