Three-room apartment on the second floor, quiet and very bright, overlooking the gardens of the Botanical Garden and the property’s private courtyard. Consisting of a double bedroom with large bathroom and shower with Turkish bath; double bedroom with sofa bed, a second bathroom and living room with sofa and kitchenette with access to the furnished and exclusive terrace of the apartment. The kitchen is complete with accessories, dishes, dishes and appliances: kettle, toaster, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher and stove. The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, heating, wifi, smart TV, hairdryer, iron and courtesy bathroom line. A laundry room with washing machines and dryers is available for guests. The area is very quiet despite being located in the heart of Trastevere, a short walk from bars, restaurants and services.
The parking lot is in the courtyard of the property. Staff on site from 9:30 to 16:00.
We inform you that the Trastevere Mill is located in a restricted traffic area (ZTL).
The ZTL is normally active from: Monday to Saturday from 6.30 to 10.00 and from Friday to Saturday from 21.30 to 15.00 (subject to change).
At the “entrance” of the ZTL there is an electronic sign that shows one of the 2 options: ACTIVE
ZTL = access by car is not allowed
ZTL NOT ACTIVE = access by car is allowed.
There is no need to worry about the ZTL if you are leaving the area.
