We are located 14 minutes from both the island and the Tanger outlets! Enjoy morning coffee on the deck in the peaceful surroundings. Those that aren’t quite ready for bed can enjoy the rest of the night under the stars! The covered deck comes complete with a private hot tub and a quaint sitting area with two rocking chairs and a loveseat rocker. The large fenced yard is perfect for pets. We also have added a charcoal grill with utensils! Our cabin has so much to offer!

Enjoy closeness to Great Smoky Mountains National Park and enjoy a variety of picturesque hiking trails and beautiful views of the Smokies. Push your limits on the zip line, and then head back to your place for some much-deserved relaxing.
Take the whole family on a fun-filled day at the Dollywood amusement park. Ride the thrilling coasters, play a few games, and maybe treat yourself to a sweet or two as you enjoy the day. If the temperatures start to rise, take a trip to Dollywood’s Splash Country Water Park to fly down the slides.

A continued winter tradition for many families, Ober offers a complete experience. Board the Aerial Tramway in Downtown Gatlinburg and arrive at the mountain without driving.
After a long day of activities, grab an ice-cold beverage and head to the deck to enjoy a peaceful view and hear sounds of pristine nature.
You are located in a very convenient location. Four-wheel drive may be required in snow or ice.
•The bunk bed in the master bedroom closet is ideal for kids.
• We charge a $75 pet fee per pet. Also, pets are not allowed on the furniture, must be potty trained, and must be crated when left at the property alone.
• You MUST pick up after your pet. There will be an extra charge for feces pick up.
• Guests will need to provide their own charcoal for the grill.
• Due to an increased volume of units to clean each day, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am.
• Please note that hot tubs take around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival.
