Four-wheel drive may be required in snow or ice. •The bunk bed in the master bedroom closet is ideal for kids. • We charge a $75 pet fee per pet. Also, pets are not allowed on the furniture, must be potty trained, and must be crated when left at the property alone. • You MUST pick up after your pet. There will be an extra charge for feces pick up. • Guests will need to provide their own charcoal for the grill. • Due to an increased volume of units to clean each day, we are not able to accommodate early check-ins or late check-outs. You may check-in as early as 4 pm and must check out by 10 am. • Please note that hot tubs take around 6 hours to heat up. So depending on what time the property was cleaned, your hot tub may not be hot upon arrival.
