Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- * No smoking inside the property;
- * Pets not allowed in the accommodation;
- * Check-in time from 2 pm and check-out time until 10 am;
- * Bed linen will not be changed during the stay;
- * Breakfast not included in the daily rate - We do not offer breakfast;
- * Forbidden parties and any type of sound or noise after 10 pm;
- * Confirm by phone the availability of Wi-Fi or the acceptance of PETs in the property;
- * Amount charged to the guest for the cleaning fee at the ACT of booking: R$ 250.00;
- * It is necessary to combine the approximate time of arrival and departure, so that it is possible to receive them in the best way;
- * It is necessary to inform the exact number of guests so that the bed linen is available properly;
