The villa has fantastic panoramic view over the village and the sea straight between Paros and Naxos like as a painting. The place is ideal for relaxation and absolutely privacy. Villa Giasi3 is a two story house which host 6 person. On the upper level is the fully equipped kitchen (Oven, Microwave, Cookers, Fridge and Deep Freezer) and comfortable living-dining room. Nespresso machine and Filter Coffeemaker machine. It also has two bathrooms with shower , hair dryer and cleaning products. One of three bedrooms is upstairs with a window to view village and Aegean. The other two bedrooms are downstairs with view to Naxos. They all contain built-in double beds (1.60m x 2.0m) and one of these (1.80m x2.00m). Extra mini-kitchen is equipped with hot plates 2 plates and mini-fridge. There is also a washer-dryer and ironing machine.

Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
