It has two bedrooms on the lower level with two bathrooms, an open concept loft with a full private bathroom and a half bath in the kitchen! Plenty of room for you and your family and friends to enjoy! In the winter time, use the wood burning fireplace and grab your favorite book to read while enjoying the extra warmth! Make your favorite meals in the fully-stocked kitchen, family style around the large dining room table that seats up to 6 (3 more spots at the bar too). In the summer, fire up the grill and enjoy a meal outside on the deck while soaking up the sun and the mountain views!

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
