Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- * It is necessary to inform the name and data of all guests;
- * Pet prohibited;
- * No smoking inside the apartment;
- * Respect the law of silence from 10 pm to 8 am;
- * The cleaning fee (R $ 150) is charged to deliver the property clean, organized and with clean clothes. At the checkout, we request that the property be delivered under similar conditions.
- Note: R $ 200 will be the fine applied if the property is delivered under unfavorable conditions.
- At check-out:
- Garbage: all garbage in the property must be packed to avoid the appearance of insects;
- Crockery: all crockery must be washed;
- Air conditioning: check that the air conditioning units have been switched off.
- SECURITY_DEPOSIT: 610 BRL
