The Wai Wai Eco Resort offers an excellent structure with a swimming pool, children’s playground, tennis court, restaurant, games room, sauna, gym, bar, elevator, parking, garden, 24-hour reception and ample leisure space and plenty of convenience for your best season on the beach. The 70m² apartment accommodates up to six (6) people, and also has a fully equipped kitchen to add to your stay. All this, with easy access to main roads and in a perfect location for going to the center, bars and restaurants of the quiet and beautiful city.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy

Grace Period:

Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.

Payment Policy:

30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.

Cancellation Policy:

30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

House Rules

* No smoking inside the property;
* No pets in the accommodation;
* Check-in from 14:00 and Check-out until 10:00;
* Wear an identification wristband that is provided by the resort;
* Bed linen will not be changed during the stay;
* Breakfast not included in the rate - We do not offer breakfast;
* Prohibited parties and any type of sound or noise from 22:00 at night;
* Amount charged to the guest by the shorts fee in the ACT of booking: R$ 600.00;
* Value charged PER DAY of the property's energy fee at the time of booking: R$ 80.00 or R$ 1.20 per kWh used. Note: The Energy fee is charged outside the daily rate.
* Amount charged to the guest for the cleaning fee at the time of booking: R$ 270.00;
* Confirm by phone the availability of Wi-Fi or the acceptance of PETs in the property;
* It is necessary to combine the approximate time of arrival and departure, so that you can receive them in the best way;
* The consumption of alcoholic beverages and snacks is allowed in the pool area and in the pool itself;
* It is forbidden to use glass bottles and cups in the entire pool and pool area, the use of disposables is recommended;
* It is necessary to inform the exact number of guests so that the bed linen is provided properly;
* It is necessary to send in advance the name information, CPF of all guests and license plate, so that it is possible to authorize entry into the place;
* A valid reminder is: The use of Spa, Gym and Sauna short season renters can only use it upon reservation and payment of a usage fee.
* The cleaning fee is charged to deliver the property clean, organized and with clean linen. Upon departure, we request that the property be delivered in similar conditions;
