Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 14 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 14 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 14 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 14 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 14 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- * Check-in time from 2 pm and check-out until 10 am
- * mattresses and pillowcases are included in the reservation. Bath towels and blankets are available upon negotiation.
- * Necessary to provide name and ID number of all guests
- * We do not offer breakfast
- * Cleaning fee R $ 350.00
- * Events are not allowed
- * Prohibited to remove any item from the site or change the layout of the rooms
- * Glasses and glass containers are not allowed in the pool area
- * The house accommodates up to 55 people, being charged R $ 25 per day and surplus person, the accommodation being the responsibility of the person who made the reservation.
- * The cleaning fee is charged to deliver the property clean, organized and with clean clothes. At the checkout, we request that the property be delivered under similar conditions.
- Note: R $ 200 will be the fine applied or withheld from the security deposit if the property is delivered in unfavorable conditions (garbage and crockery).
- * Upon check-out:
- Garbage: all garbage in the property must be packed to avoid the appearance of insects;
- Crockery: all crockery must be washed;
- Air conditioning: check if the air conditioning has been turned off
- SECURITY_DEPOSIT: 800 BRL
