Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- * Mandatory deposit amount and not included in the daily rate R$600,00 ;
- * Energy charged for consummation being R $ 1.10 per Kwh used;
- * Gas included;
- * Bath / face towels and cover sheet included and the house is delivered with elastic sheet for the balls, pillow cases;
- * R $ 25 reais per day and per surplus person, accepting a maximum of 10 people to sleep on their own, totaling 18 people at maximum capacity;
- * 5 parking spaces;
- * It is necessary to inform the names and document number of all guests;
- * Inform arrival time;
- * Check in from 2pm and check out by 10am
- * The cleaning fee is charged to deliver the property clean, organized and with clean clothes. At the checkout, we request that the property be delivered under similar conditions.
- Note: R $ 200 will be the fine applied or withheld from the security deposit if the property is delivered under unfavorable conditions.
- At check-out:
- Garbage: all garbage in the property must be packed to avoid the appearance of insects;
- Crockery: all crockery must be washed;
- Air conditioning: check if the air conditioners have been turned off
- SECURITY_DEPOSIT: 610 BRL
