Despite looking almost brand new, the rural villa "Can Segue Nou" is a prime example of the successful combination of Mallorcan tradition and modern living. The single-storey residential property is surrounded by a Mediterranean garden that contains somewhat knotty olive trees – and palm trees, of course. The skin-friendly saltwater pool is located in front of the covered terrace. When it comes to keeping an eye on children whilst they are swimming, you will find two excellent spots to do so, in the form of the wonderful veranda and the attached sun terrace with comfortable loungers, which you can adjust so that they are shaded by the palm trees.
