The Home
Located in the quiet Coral Ridge neighborhood there are 2 swimming pools (heated year round) and two hot tubs at the large clubhouse. It’s easily accessible from Interstate 15, it’s only 45 minutes from Zion National Park, and it’s 10 minutes from downtown St. George. In this property, we have implemented our signature clean.
Summers Love is half of a duplex, as opposed to a unit within a four or five-plex. This is important because it allows for windows on the side elevation making for plenty of natural light and windows looking out at the beautiful scenery. Privacy is enhanced with a bricked in backyard courtyard with seating for twelve and BBQ facilities, as well as a front courtyard with ample seating for warm evening family talks under the stars.

Payment & Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation confirmation, and (2) reservation was confirmed at least 11 days before scheduled arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.

- A signed lease agreement and a pre-authorization hold is required.
