Vacation Station is a beautiful, fully stocked, 5-bedroom townhome in Southern Utah located near beautiful sights including Zion National Park, Grand Canyon, Bryce Canyon, and many others. Enjoy other activities like boating, fishing, ATV riding, hiking, swimming, golfing, and many other outdoor activities. In this property, we have implemented our signature clean.
"Vacation Station" offers five bedrooms, and can comfortably sleep fifteen people. In addition, this house offers plenty of other areas to gather and socialize. The family room has an 80 inch smart TV. The kitchen is fully stocked with all the appliances and cooking utensils needed to create a culinary masterpiece while also hosting friends and family.
Amenities include two awesome heated community pools with hot tubs, an exercise room, a game room, and a playground. There is also a stocked fishing pond at the Razor Ridge Park at the entrance of Coral Ridge.
On the patio, there is a private hot tub and outdoor dining area with a gas barbeque. Two balconies, the large one off the back has a great view of the Coral Canyon Golf Course. All rooms have TV’s/BluRay and cable.
Guests will have access to the entire home during your stay. You will also have access to the Coral Ridge Clubhouse which is located just a short walk from the property. At the clubhouse, you will find two pools as well as two hot tubs, and foosball tables in the game rooms. You will also have access to the clubhouse gym. The community pools are heated year-round to 87 degrees, hot tubs to 102 degrees, exercise room, playground, and fishing pond at Razor Ridge Park. To access these amenities you will need the key that is provided and can be located in the home. Owners do lock one hall closet which cannot be accessed. A keyless entry is set up so you can come and go from the property as you please during your stay.
Coral Ridge is nestled in the heart of Southern Utah and is centered in between Snow Canyon and Zion National Park. Downtown Saint George is only an 8-minute drive away, literally the epicenter of hundreds of restaurants and shopping options. If the arts are your passion Cedar City’s Famous Shakespeare Festival or Ivins Tuacahn Center for the Arts are less than 1 hour away. Your stay includes access to the Coral Ridge Clubhouse where you can spend a lazy day at one of 2 beautiful, heated pools, or working out in the gym. Come home and relax in your personal hot tub adjacent to the world-class Coral Canyon Golf Course and many other beautiful golf courses, located near Coral Ridge. There is a stocked fishing pond at Razor Ridge Park, maintained by Washington City, right down the street from our townhome, and if you enjoy golf, the neighborhood is right next to Coral Canyon Golf Course. Golf pathways connect through the Coral Ridge Community, so you have direct walking access to the course.
We recommend having a car to get around the area, or to travel to various destinations located outside of Coral Ridge. Our townhome has a two-car garage & driveway, and there are designated parking stalls in the community.
The pools (heated year-round), hot tubs, and community center are open from 7am-10pm. There are pool towels for you to use in the laundry room or master closet.
We have supplied the following for your use: hairdryer, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, laundry detergent, pool floaties, indoor toddler toys, outdoor badminton set, portable folding table and chairs, games and puzzles, Netflix, and tv.
If you use the patio umbrella, please keep the wind in mind and lower it when you are not there.
The kitchen is fully stocked and includes a soft-sided cooler and ice packs, toddler booster seat, wine glasses, coffee machine and filters, crockpot, electric griddle, children’s plastic dinnerware, tea kettle, and a selection of basic spices and oils.
Check-in is 4pm. Check-out is at 11am.
Please remember there is no smoking on or near the premises, and pets are not allowed. There will be a minimum of $200 fine for either infraction.
For groceries and supplies, the Walmart in Hurricane (10 minutes east on SR9 at 3400 west) is less crowded than the one in St. George (10 minutes west on Telegraph St or I-15 south exit 10). However, in St. George, there are many other shopping options as well as restaurants, parks, and theaters.
The code to the front door will be given to you on the day of your arrival.
The property has a 2 car garage and 2 car driveway. There are also extra car stalls nearby. If you have an RV, ATV, trailer, boat, or extra vehicles, Block Storage (one mile north) at 6105 W 240 N is available for $10 per space per day.
There is a garage door opener and pool key fob hanging above the computer desk in the kitchen. Please return items there upon departure.
