The villa is a contemporary 3-bedroom villa located in Marigot minutes to beach and shopping. The villa is built to use the trade winds as natural air conditioning with beautiful views. The living room and kitchen open out to the terrace. The kitchen’s large window has views of the Grand Cul De Sac. A large deck, stretching from the villa entrance to the other side of the living room, surrounds the pool, which is equipped with an oxygenation system and runs without chlorine. One bedroom is located in a separate unit just above the pool, the other 2 bedrooms are in a unit between the entrance and kitchen. All bedrooms come with air-conditioning, a king-size bed, U.S. satellite TV, and an ensuite bathroom with large shower. Payment and Cancellation - 90 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) cancellation is within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 90 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation (non-refundable), the remaining 50% will be charged 90 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 90 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 90 days before arrival: initial 50% payment is forfeited; the remaining 50% will not be charged.
- For guests paying with points more than 90 days before arrival: 50% of points taken are forfeited; the remaining 50% will be refunded within 5-10 business days.
House Rules
- Villa Imagine comes with house cleaning services six days a week, except on holidays. During the December holidays, the villa rents at the full occupancy rate regardless of how many bedrooms are used. This villa is suitable for children, ages 6 and older.
