Everything you need for the perfect beach vacation including a fully-equipped kitchen, 2-car garage (with 4 bicycles provided for your use during your stay), & private balcony with partial views of the Gulf. There are also board games, books, & DVDs to keep you entertained! You’re just a short walk or bike ride from the white sugar sand and emerald green waters of the Gulf.
This rental includes access to Free Fun with Xplorie! We help make the most of your vacation by providing Free Admission to some of the area’s top attractions each and every day of your stay—including the Lost Key Golf Club, OWA Amusement Park, Dolphin, Sunset and Nature Cruises! Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
