Located in the same area, and close to its sister villa Olivar de Ca’n Xanet, our villa La Tanqueta de Ca’n Xanet offers an authentic rustic finca experience with superb gardens and comfortable and tastefully decorated interiors. The highlight of this villa is the outdoor living facilities with an impressive and well furnished dining / chill out terrace that overlooks the large swimming pool and sun terrace. On the terrace there is a fully built-in barbecue so that serving meals straight to the table is an easy pleasure.
Inside the house there is a cosy lounge area opening onto the main terrace and a fully equipped kitchen and dining area. Three bedrooms, a double en-suite and two twins sharing a family bathroom are on the ground floor whilst down stairs there are two more en-suite bedrooms - a double and a twin. Please be aware that the stairs down to these bedrooms are quite steep as can be seen in the villa photography.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
