A beach shuttle is available Thursday-Monday offering a convenient way to enjoy the waves and sand. When you want to stretch your legs, take the provided adult and children’s bikes from the garage for a family ride on the neighborhood greenways or head down to the shared pool for some water fun in the sun! Check out the local fishing, kayaking, parasailing, surfing, stand-up paddleboarding, jet skiing, and boating. All the equipment you need is available to rent.
The brightly-lit interior is tastefully furnished with updated appliances and amenities. An open-concept main living area is a great central gathering place anchored by a fireplace and a TV. The island kitchen has full-size appliances, including a gas range and dishwasher, to make home cooking a breeze. Family meals can be enjoyed together in the sunlit dining area. Three guest rooms are downstairs, including the primary bedroom with en suite bath. Kids will love the upstairs, complete with a game/TV loft and bedroom with two bunk beds. A Pack ’n Play is available for younger guests. There is also a dedicated desk area, perfect for remote work or school. The community charges a $175 flat fee per reservation for use of the amenities. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking.
Last-Minute Rentals: Reservations made within 22 days of arrival will not have access to community amenities.
Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.
No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval.
