The brightly-lit interior is tastefully furnished with updated appliances and amenities. An open-concept main living area is a great central gathering place anchored by a fireplace and a TV. The island kitchen has full-size appliances, including a gas range and dishwasher, to make home cooking a breeze. Family meals can be enjoyed together in the sunlit dining area. Three guest rooms are downstairs, including the primary bedroom with en suite bath. Kids will love the upstairs, complete with a game/TV loft and bedroom with two bunk beds. This fee is charged as part of your reservation at the time of booking. Last-Minute Rentals: Reservations made within 22 days of arrival will not have access to community amenities. Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within ten days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available. No dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles. Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximun occupancy and quiet hours.
