Located just outside of the resort of Caminha, its quaint centre together with an array of restaurants and shops can be found within a short drive, as well as the popular sandy beach of Moledo. This stylish and contemporary villa has been built to make the most of the views, with the entrance to the villa being on the first floor so that when you get out of bed you can step out onto the balcony and enjoy the sounds of the sea. The feeling of light and space at Vista Mar is impressive, with multiple patio doors opening out from the ground floor to the covered dining and lounging terrace, the perfect area to dine alfresco. The undercover private pool is ideal for a cooling dip, whilst the lawn area makes a great area to relax on the sunbeds and soak up the sun.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
