Upstairs there is a master ensuite bedroom facing out to the beach & sea views and another two double bedrooms with a shared bathroom. Outside is where you will spend most of your time with a large covered terrace giving you panoramic view of the Aegean Sea whilst you dream away on your sun bed. At the end of the garden you will find steps leading directly onto Lahania Beach making it feel like your own private paradise. Back in the villa grounds there is a large covered built in BBQ for lunches and dinners alfresco when you can relax and unwind listening to the therapeutic background of rolling waves. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
