But don’t be tricked into believing all fun is outside! Inside, the home boasts an inviting living room (note there is a step down into the living room) with a wall-mounted flatscreen Smart TV with cable, a shuffleboard, and a sound dock. The dining area, besides hosting an eight-person dining table, features a foosball table. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern, stainless steel appliances and a nice Keurig coffee maker. The City of Scottsdale limits occupancy in a dwelling unit to no more than six adults plus their related, dependent children. By renting this property, you agree to comply with the city’s occupancy requirements. In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder. 4 dog(s) are welcome in this home. No other animals are allowed without specific Property Manager approval. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. 2 days notification is required in order to heat the pool. A fee of USD 85 per day must be paid prior to check-in. Guests can contact Property Manager after booking to purchase pool heat for your stay. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a damage waiver fee which covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
