This nicely appointed third story condo is comfortable for a family, group of friends, or two couples. The living area is an open space concept with a fully equipped kitchen to make a gourmet meal, dining area seating for 4, and 2 bar height stools at the countertop and a cozy living room. This is a great space to spread out and entertain. There is also a small balcony off the kitchen area.
In the Winter, enjoy skiing at BlackTail Mountain located just 30 minutes from the condo on over 1000 acres of National Forest, overlooking Flathead Lake. You won’t miss the spectacular views as the lodge and parking area are at the top of the mountain, so bring everyone along regardless of skiing ability. Cross Country skiing is also available. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
