Situated on the main road leading to the popular Marina Rubicon Mamma Mia II is only a short walk from a wide selection of bars, restaurants and the Rubimar shopping centre. The modern interior offers a spacious master bedroom with en-suite, which has direct access to the pool area as well as two other good sized bedrooms. The villa is designed for outdoor living providing you a great place to enjoy the year-round Canarian sunshine. The villa is located next door to its sister property Mamma Mia so is a great option for a large group travelling together. Please note these images are generic, however both Mamma Mia and Mamma Mia II are of a similar style but may vary in layout and furnishings. This villa has also been discounted due to the ongoing building work of a new hotel being built on the main road which may cause some disturbance during your stay.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
