Staying at Shady Oaks is an incredible experience. Sitting on the outskirts of Newberg you are in the middle of the Willamette Valley wine country with world class vineyards in every direction.
The home itself was remodeled and renovated as a short term rental as of late September 2019. Most everything is new and designed just for short term rental purposes. You will find everything you need to enjoy a truly unforgettable experience at this special home.
When you arrive at Shady Oaks, you will find the home sits a bit off the road with ample parking for multiple cars and an RV if needed. The home sits with some comfortable distance between neighbors and farmland in the front and back. As you enter you will be greeted with a wonderful open floor plan between the kitchen and family room. Just beyond the patio opens up on to the backyard with farmland beyond. There are often cows and other farm animals beyond the fence...

Things To Know
Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
