Spectacular vacation apartment located in the center of San Sebastian. It has 2 bedrooms, a kitchen with a spacious living room and a bathroom with a shower. The distribution of the beds is as follows:
Room 1: a 180 cm wide bed
Room 2: two beds of 90 cm wide
It has an exquisite minimalist decoration and is just 8 minutes on foot to get to La Concha beach, the old part or Zurriola beach.
There is no parking problems since there are several underground public car parks within a radius of less than 4 minutes on foot.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances and utensils necessary for cooking and as for the rooms, they are delivered with sheets and towels, already included in the price.
The apartment has good quality free Wi-Fi that guarantees a good download and upload speed.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
