Ski to and from this wonderful Sunrise unit. This great property is located right next to the trail that will take you to the Sunrise lift with access to Killington Mountain. The spacious open floor plan allows you to spend time with family and friends while relaxing in front o the large brick fireplace. Sunrise has the best Sports Center with a fabulous workout area, indoor heated pool with hot tub, summer outdoor heated pool, racquet sports and much more. There are two bedrooms and two baths.

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- No Smoking
- Pets in pet friendly properties only with prior approval and an additional pet fee.
- Minimum Age Requirement is 24.
