Colony Club town houses are the perfect place to spend your vacation time in Killington conveniently located in the heart of Killington and very close to all the restaurants and night life. This end unit offers privacy and quiet with a spacious and comfortable atmosphere. Relax in front of the wood burning fireplace while preparing dinner for family and friends. Everyone can enjoy their own space with three floors of living area. The top floor has two bedrooms, one with a queen and one with a full bed and a full bath to share. The main level has a wonderful open living area with a fully stocked kitchen, dinning area and living room with a large TV. There is also a bedroom on this floor with a queen bed and a bath with shower. The lower level has another couch and TV so that people can enjoy their own space. There is also a queen bed and two twins in this very spacious area. There is also a full bath and the washer/dryer....

Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with Points or Cash & Points: 100% of payment of both Cash & Points will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules

- Pets in pet friendly properties only with prior approval and an additional pet fee.
