In the perfect spot for rest and relaxation, Meli is a five minute drive from Methoni beach and local amenities. Built in the local stone, with classic architecture and a traditional feel, this comfortable house has a pretty garden with a barbecue on hand for real outdoor living. Banana trees are to one side of the inviting swimming pool and sunloungers are scattered around the pool terrace, a balcony leads out of the main living and dining area and the kitchen. The two first floor bedrooms are both ensuite and have patio doors leading onto a balcony, with clear views of the countryside. Methoni is a beautifully preserved mediaeval village with a Venetian Castle, narrow streets and village squares all waiting to be explored. All bedroom and bathroom linen is included. Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
