Set on Agios Ioannis Beach, this lovely villa is set in an enclave of five villas who all enjoy the close proximity of the beach with the sound of the sea in the background. Situated at the back, Nefeli has great sea views from the first floor balconies. The swimming pool, terrace and lawns are surrounded by tall fir trees for more privacy and there is a barbecue with a handy sink for al fresco dining. Inside, the relaxing ambience is heightened with pastel pink and rose coloured hues, complemented by traditional wooden furniture and a lovely collection of memorabilia, making it a rural countryside house set right across the road from the Ionian Sea. Rustic touches such as hanging herbs in the kitchen, an old wooden trunk as a coffee table and driftwood used as a table piece all make this a welcoming and comfortable base from which to explore the beach and further afield, the island itself.
