The ancient villa "Sa Bona" has been lovingly and expensively renovated by the cheerful young married owners, who are letting us offer this villa at a favourable price. On this spacious estate behind a hill, you can enjoy the most beautiful untouched nature in its fabulous remote setting in the middle of a gently rolling landscape around Artà with a garden offering views over a little valley.

Through opening up the solid old quarry stone in the living room and replacing it with large windows, a living space flooded with light has been created. The enormous panorama window panes, in the stylish grey living room landscape (complete with modern LCD TV) and fireplace, offer fabulous views of the pool and the countryside behind it, resembling a naturalistic painting.
