The Home
The name comes from central loft that has windows surrounding it to give you a great view all around. Sitting about about midway down North Cape San Blas this house offers a lot for what seems to be a small footprint.
The main part of the house has an open living, dining, kitchen area all with views of the Gulf of Mexico. From these areas you have access to the Master Bedroom and Bath, a second bedroom, a shared full bath with laundry area. A flight of stairs leads you up to "the lookout" or loft that is the perfect spot for reading a book or taking an afternoon nap.
However some of the best features of this property are outside. Just off the kitchen and living room is a huge open deck overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and the private pool at the house. Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
