Ideal for families, Tinao is a lovely addition to the James Villas collection. Surrounded by splendid views and unspoilt countryside, the villa is easily accessed, located half way between Nerja and Frigiliana. The accommodation is set all on one level and has been designed for people with reduced mobility. It comprises of an air-conditioned lounge / dining room and an open plan kitchen making it ideal for socializing. All bedrooms have been decorated with taste and benefit from air-conditioning. Outside a spacious sun terrace, surrounds the lovely pool and is complete with patio furniture, sun loungers and a built in barbecue. There is also a tennis table and a pool table to keep everyone entertained! For ultimate comfort, pool heating is included in the price and guarantees a temperature of 28 degrees all season (please note that pool heating is not included in July / August as not needed). Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
