Together with its next door neighbour sister villa, Elena, Villa Lucia offers modern, single story accommodation within very easy strolling distance of the resort amenities and beach. Cala n Blanes is an extremely popular family resort and there’s something here to suit everyone, whether it be local delicacies or home favourites, there are restaurants and bars for all tastes. But ultimately, you are in Spain and the former capital of the island, Ciutadella, is just a short drive away and well worth a visit for a bit of traditional culture and excellent dining.
Both villas offer comfortable accommodation all on the ground floor and with access to the sun terraces and private pools for a cooling dip when the beach, even at less than half a mile, is just too far to walk! Payment and Cancellation - 30 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made at least 10 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 30 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 30 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 30 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 30 days before arrival: 100% refund.
