It boasts a covered terrace (with breakfast table), a private parking for 1 car, and a small garden shared with the other guests of the semi-detached house.
The apartment, which is accessed by climbing some external stairs, can accommodate up to 4 people, and has a bathroom with shower and 1 double bedroom.
The lovely living area consists of a comfortable double sofa bed, tv, a dining table for 4 people, and a kitchen equipped with oven, stove, dishwasher and refrigerator. From here you have direct access to the terrace.
Internet Wifi and air conditioning are included.
The use of the washing machine is shared with other 2 apartments of the semi-detached house.

Payment and Cancellation - 60 Day Policy
Grace Period:
- Guests may cancel for free provided that: (1) reservation is canceled within 48-hours of reservation request, and (2) reservation request was made 11 days before arrival.
Payment Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: Guests pay 100% at time of reservation.
- More than 60 days before arrival: Guests pay 50% at time of reservation, the remaining 50% will be charged 60 days prior to arrival.
- For guests paying with points: 100% of payment will be deducted at time of reservation, once booking is verified within 48 hours.
Cancellation Policy:
- 60 days or less prior to arrival: No refund issued, unless ‘Grace Period’ applies.
- More than 60 days before arrival: 100% refund.
House Rules
- Pets are not allowed.
- Included in the price: Utilities (water, gas, electricity except heating); Internet Wifi; air conditioning.
- Excluded from the price: Final cleaning (170,00€); heating according to consumption. Tourist tax (the amount usually varies, depending on location, from €0,50 to €4.00 per person per night for a maximum of seven nights, excluding minors, and will be paid upon arrival).
- Security deposit: Customers are required to pay 300.00€ security deposit (credit card), which will be returned at the end of the stay upon any damages. A deposit for waste disposal (100,00€) is also requested at check-in (cash), and it will be returned if the waste is correctly disposed of.
